Shipping & Returns

Return Policy: No Returns / Refunds on custom props, fans, pulleys, mounts, harnesses or kit components. Returns are accepted with prior approval of Universal Hovercraft; within you be accepted with prior approval of Universal Hovercraft within 30 days of the sale. Items must be in the original boxes and in salable condition. Credit is not given for shipping costs. Retunrs are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Incomplete or damaged shipments: Please inspect you order on delivery and notify us immediately if anything is incorrect or damaged. Failure to notify us of incorrect or damaged items within 5 business days of delivery indicates that you have inspected and accepted the shipment as is. Backorders: Backordered items (if any) will be clearly highlighted on a packing slip and shipped as soon as they become available.
