By ordering from Universal Hovercraft you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.

Payment Methods
Universal Hovercraft accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. You may also pay by cashiers check, money order or wire transfer. All checks and money orders must be in US dollars. Foreign currency is not accepted. Wire transfer instructions are available upon request. COD is not available. Universal Hovercraft is not responsible for customs, duties, and currency conversion fees.

Payment Policy
Universal Hovercraft accepts all orders as "Custom", that is we fill all orders customized to the individual needs of that particular customer, and therefore make it our policy to charge the customer's credit card when the order is accepted, or to only fill the order when payment is received by wire transfer or the money order or check is received by mail. This results in occasional periods that vary from a week up to 30 days before we are able to ship, due to specialized work on a certain items, such as props and fans. Back order items fall into the same category, as we make parts on an as-needed basis, and most kit components ordered from our suppliers are placed to meet individual specifications for each order. International orders include shipping arrangements that must be paid prior to pick up.

Shipping Methods and Rates
Universal Hovercraft ships worldwide via USPS, DHL, and CIP/CIF to airports and sea ports. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS and motor freight. Listed shipping rates are strictly estimates. Additional fees may apply. Rate quotes are available upon request.

Processing Time
Orders for plans and videos are usually shipped the next business day. Hovercraft kits and parts normally ship within 5 to 10 business days. All propellers, fans, pulleys, and other pre-fabricated hull components are custom made and subject to availability. Custom parts may require 30 days or more to prepare. Backorders
We do our best to ship your order complete but some items may be out of stock. Orders consisting of out-of-stock items may be split shipped for an additional charge. Please contact us for details.

Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Returns
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be approved by Universal Hovercraft. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. All items must be received in new and unused condition.
